  • Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines, with minimal supervision.

  • The Human Resources Recruitment Administrator will report operationally to the Human Resources Advisor and to the Human Resources Manager.
  • We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment processes, who is committed to ensuring fairness and transparency in all recruitment activities.

 

You and the role
The Human Resources Recruitment Administrator will be ensuring that the recruitment activities are carried out fairly and transparently in line with Company’s Human Resources standards, the Company Management System Procedures, Client specific requirements, where appropriate, and any applicable legislative requirements.

 

Primary responsibilities

  • Execute recruitment tasks assigned by the Human Resources Advisor, ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently and professionally.
  • Craft and post engaging job advertisements across the Company website, job portals, and social media platforms to attract top talent.
  • Actively participate in sourcing candidates, conduct initial screenings, and identify the best-fit applicants for open positions.
  • Liaise with candidates to schedule interviews, conduct interviews for file-and-rank employees, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and manage Job Interview Assessment forms, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and communicate interview results promptly to candidates.
  • Administer job offers and coordinate all pre-employment logistics to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain an organized and effective recruitment filing system and manage updates to advertisement and interview tracking systems.
  • Ensure strict security measures are maintained for personal information, both digitally and physically, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
