Senior Consultant

• As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact consulting engagements, working closely with clients’ senior management teams to diagnose problems, design solutions, and support implementation.
• Senior Consultants at TWC are expected to bring structured thinking, strong analytical capability, and mature client judgment. You will own significant parts of project delivery, contribute to problem structuring and solution design, and act as a trusted counterpart to client teams.
• Over time, you will take end-to-end responsibility for defined workstreams and increasingly lead client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, manage, and deliver assigned project workstreams in line with client objectives and TWC quality standards
• Conduct fact-based assessments of client situations, including market, financial, operational, and organizational analyses
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear hypotheses and analytical plans
• Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights and recommendations
• Synthesize findings into clear, executive-ready messages and presentations
• Present analyses and recommendations to senior client stakeholders with confidence and clarity
• Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality
• Collaborate effectively within project teams and contribute to overall engagement success
• Demonstrate sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and professionalism when working with clients and colleagues
