QHSE & Asset Integrity Manager (non-operated)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive QHSE & Asset Integrity Manager to act as the focal point for all Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE) and Asset Integrity (AI) matters within the organization. The role will provide strategic leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee operator performance (non-operated JVs), and maintain best-in-class QHSE and AI standards aligned with industry benchmarks.

Job duties:

• Act as a leader and focal point for all non-operated QHSE&AI-related matters.
• Ensure team competency and capability to effectively deliver core QHSE&AI functions.
• Develop, agree and monitor QHSE&AI activity plans, objectives and KPIs internally and with Operators (non-operated JVs).
• Establish and maintain Annual QHSE&AI Plans and ensure accurate reporting against approved plans.
• Provide independent QHSE&AI view / challange
• Maintain and analyze leading and lagging QHSE&AI indicators; benchmark performance against recognized industry standards.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of QHSE&AI audit plans; monitor corrective actions and participate in investigations when required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable legislation and regulatory changes; ensure timely internal communication and compliance.
• Ensure robust incident, emergency and crisis management preparedness and capability.
• Develop and implement risk-based audit and review programs
• Monitor & track closure of Operator findings and improvement actions
• Hold Operators accountable for safe and effective project execution and asset management in line with performance plans.
• Ensure cross-asset learning and continuous improvement
• Ensure Operators manage assets in accordance with recognized industry best practices and all applicable regulations.
• Assess, appoint and manage external QHSE&AI consultancies as required.
• Present QHSE&AI requirements, plans and performance updates to Board and Senior Management.
• Represent and support the company at relevant industry forums, committees and working groups.
