Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a recognized professional certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent).
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, or Learning & Development.
At least 1 year of HR experience within the Oil & Gas industry or a similar large-scale, complex, international environment.
Strong knowledge of modern Performance Management, Talent Management, and Learning & Development concepts and best practices.
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills; ability to generate actionable HR insights.
Experience working with HR systems and digital tools to support HR processes and reporting is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of labor legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English is mandatory.
