Namizədə tələblər

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on both operational and development functions;
  • Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani labor legislation and best HR practices;
  • Hands-on experience in training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS/reporting tools;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (written and spoken);
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and analytical skills;
  • Ability to lead HR initiatives independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams;
  • Experience in developing or contributing to HR policies and procedures is a plus.
İş haqqında məlumat
  • Ensure proper execution of HR documentation processes in compliance with national labor legislation (employment contracts, orders, personal files, etc.);
  • Supervise leave planning, work schedules, and employee substitution procedures;
  • Coordinate hiring, onboarding, internal mobility, performance reviews, and terminations in alignment with organizational needs and compliance requirements;
  • Manage disciplinary processes and ensure fair and consistent implementation across the company;
  • Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights to internal management and relevant external bodies.
  • Support the implementation and coordination of training programs, including onboarding, professional skills, and leadership development;
  • Contribute to building and improving performance management systems, including KPIs and appraisal cycles;
  • Provide guidance to departments on employee development and career growth opportunities.
  • Actively participate in the creation and refinement of internal HR policies, processes, and procedures;
  • Lead or contribute to initiatives related to employee experience, organizational culture, and engagement;
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within HR operations and development processes;
  • Support HR digitalization and automation projects, focusing on efficiency and transparency.
