Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SuccessFactors / SAP platforms.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Facilitate performance management cycles, ensure deadlines are met, and support employees and managers.
Lead the execution of employee engagement initiatives in cooperation with department managers.
Analyze engagement survey results and ensure action plans are implemented effectively.
Organize employee recognition programs and promote company culture and values.
Support recruitment processes, especially for blue-collar positions.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and maintain a candidate database for future needs.
Maintain employee documentation, organizational charts, and contract records.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with internal guidelines and local labor legislation.
Monitor and ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Prepare, register, and archive employment contracts, orders, vacation schedules, and other personnel-related documents in compliance with legal norms.
Ensure correct and lawful implementation of employee disciplinary actions, termination and workplace investigations.
