Department: HR Department
Reports to: HR Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage voluntary medical insurance plans and corporate phone numbers for employees.
- Coordinate additional employee benefits, such as Deyerlisen program and staff discounts.
- Plan and execute company events, including team-building activities, and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records, including structure, contact details, emails, grades, and other relevant information.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and processes.
- Assist with a variety of HR tasks as needed and follow instructions from the Line Manager to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Working Conditions and Benefits:
