Education Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Specific areas of expertise: Project budgeting, cost estimation, financial tracking, cost reporting, and data analysis.
Work experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in cost control within construction or infrastructure projects.
Language and computer programs knowledge (Microsoft Office): Fluent in Azerbaijani; intermediate English;
Proficient in MS Excel; ERP or cost management software (advantage).

Support preparation of detailed BoQ and cost estimates for project activities, materials, and services.
Assist in preparing and maintaining project budgets, ensuring all cost elements are captured accurately.
Monitor and record actual project expenditures against the approved budget and identify deviations.
Review and verify subcontractor and supplier cost submissions, comparing them with budget allocations.
Prepare and update cost reports, including commitment, expenditure, and forecast summaries. Collect and review daily and monthly site reports to validate cost and progress data.
Track and evaluate material consumption and equipment utilization for cost reporting accuracy.
Participate in reviewing change orders and variation requests to assess cost implications.
Maintain and update cost databases, cost breakdown structures, and reporting templates.
Ensure that cost-related data and reports are prepared timely, accurately, and in compliance with internal standards.
