Job Summary: SABAH.HUB is searching for a Team Assistant to join the SABAH.academy team for the Fall 2024 semester. The Team Assistant will be responsible for supporting the operational and administrative functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion to develop and grow oneself.

Your key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the team, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication;
  • Assist the team in executing complex projects;
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team;
  • Coordinate team schedules;
  • Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, notes, and minutes;
  • Support internal team communications;
  • Assist with external communications on behalf of the team;
  • Compile feedback data for analysis and contribute to the improvement of future programs;
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and internal workshops to enhance skills and knowledge;
  • Seek opportunities to learn from colleagues and gain insights into various aspects of the field.
