  • Provide administrative support for the sourcing of inquiries
  • Provide administrative support for the processing of purchase orders
  • Provide appropriate feedback to relevant stakeholders and register modifications as necessary. Initial point of contact for advice on routine inquiries, commercial offers, issues or complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, pricing, and buyer performance
  • Prepare reports and maintain supply chain related documentation
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Provide administration support for all procurement processes in conjunction with the sourcing, bidding and logistics
  • Pro-actively seek to answer queries and escalate more complex matters as needed
  • Manage in house procurement efforts
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the Procurement team
