- As the Brand and Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in shaping the future of PASHA Travel. You will report to the CEO and manage a small team to develop and execute creative and strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, growth and achieve our business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Implement brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints that resonates with our target audience.
- Marketing Execution: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and offline activations.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (sales, product, and operations) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Vendor and Partner Coordination: Support relationships with external agencies, media partners, and third-party vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
