We are looking to hire a Senior ERP Specialist with strong organizational and analytical skills, a deep understanding of ERP systems, and the ability to optimize processes and workflows. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements are essential for success in this position.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and participate in day-to-day ERP implementation, enhancement or support projects;
• Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures;
• Manage, track, and provide solutions to ERP system issues reported by end users;
• End-user support via telephone, e-mail, and/or face-to-face interaction;
• Training of users in system’s functions;
• Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation and providing technical system support;
• Execute testing of software updates;
• Support in report creation through SQL Reporting Services.

Working Conditions:

• In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building.
• Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week, from 9:00 to 18:00).
• The company daily provides free service transportations from/to different locations (such as, Koroglu m/s, Bakikhanov, Amirdjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani and so on).
• Free parking for ones who uses personal cars.
