Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with the collection, verification, and entry of Time Sheets  and Work Sheets . This role is ideal for recent graduates who are looking to gain practical experience in administrative and data handling tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and rename all TS and WS files according to established naming conventions.
• Review all TS files to ensure correct formatting and accuracy of information before saving into the system.
• Conduct thorough checks to verify the completeness and correctness of all Time and Work Sheets.
• Enter data from Time/Work Sheets into an Excel tracking file.
