E-commerce technical support specialist

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Support Specialist to join our team in Baku. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in international payment systems, financial transaction standards, and security protocols to support and optimize payment processes. Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of the general principles, requirements, and technologies of international payment systems and financial transaction standards (ISO8583).
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (JOIN, GROUP, query plan analysis).
• Understanding of 3-D Secure technology principles.
• Basic knowledge of the PCI DSS standard.
• Confident user-level knowledge of Linux.
• Familiarity with containerization platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes).
• Experience with IT process monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana).
• Knowledge of XML/JSON, Postman, GET/POST.
• Understanding of acquiring and issuing principles.
• Technical documentation development skills.
• Knowledge of SmartVista and EPG is a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

• Analysis of problematic transactions.
• Log analysis.
• Preparation of technical documentation.
• Collaboration with merchants.

Employees may work one of the following shifts:

• Evening shift: 18:00 – 02:00
• Night shift: 02:00 – 09:00
