Main duties:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails from customers who are interested in making reservations or have questions about reservations.
- Providing customers with information about the hotel’s accommodation options, rates and amenities.
- Processing reservations, cancellations and modifications using reservation software.
- Collecting and processing payments from guests.
- Communicating with other departments to ensure that guests’ requests are met.
- Updating and maintaining customer information in the reservation system.
- Handles other daily correspondence.
