Job Summary:

A QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) Manager for a Sky Catering Branch is responsible for ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance with aviation catering standards. The key job responsibilities include: 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications for a company
• Ensure all work processes are in compliance with both national and international standards 
• Conduct surveys to identify Internal and external requirements and ensure they are being met by established quality standards
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits from regulatory bodies and airline clients. 
• Control and direct the day-to-day activities of the organization's Quality assurance department, ensuring that systems, services, procedures work properly in accordance with internal, external and Legal requirements. 
• Oversee food preparation, storage, and transportation processes to ensure hygiene and quality.
• Prepare and present reports for senior management on quality control activities
• Maintain proper records of quality test, procedures and standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and oversee all quality activities across the organization
• Supervise quality, configuration, and risk management processes
• Identify and report performance metrics
• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
• Consider and respond to the feedback from other departments, supervisory boards, governmental bodies, and other assigned audits. 
• Lead and supervise the QA/QC team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality measures.
• Attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors and inspectors.

Working conditions:

• In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building.
• Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week).
• The company daily provides free service transportations from/to different locations (such as, Koroglu m/s, Bakikhanov, Amirdjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani and so on).
