Purchasing Specialist

The company is currently looking for highly-motivated, competent candidates, who display exemplary customer oriented behaviour and the highest standards of work ethics, to fill the following vacancy:

Responsibilities:

• Search for manufacturers of required products in local and foreign markets and prepare price proposals
• Work closely with clients  to understand their demands and expectations and effectively link product features and benefits to the customer’s needs to help promote sales;
• Propose and actively contribute to improvements and efficiencies in Sales processes and resources;
• Prepare quotations and applications and deliver effective presentations;
• Consistently meet assigned deadlines to ensure client satisfaction;
• Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
• Prepare periodical reports about sales activities, ongoing and completed tasks.

Work conditions;

• Work hours: 09:00 -18:00 
• Work days: 5 days a week 
• Salary: The minimum salary for the required position is 1500 Azn. Higher salary are possible depending on experience.
