Job Type: Full-time
Your key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Specialist in executing program activities, such as lectures, seminars and/or any other event in the frame of the program;
- Assist in handling assigned by the Senior Program Specialist administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and record-keeping;
- Assist Senior Program Specialist in coordinating logistics, invitations, materials, and student communications;
- If requested, assist the Senior Program Specialist in drafting clear emails, messages, and communication materials for program participants;
- If requested, assist the Senior Program Specialist in managing communication channels, including emails and phone calls to provide information and support to participants;
- If requested, assist in creating and refining program materials, presentations, and handouts;
- Provide on-site support during lectures seminars, and other program related events, including setup, coordination of academic staff and participants;
- Assist in ensuring a smooth flow of activities, which includes addressing any unexpected issues;
- Help the Senior Program Specialist in collecting participant feedback and evaluating it during and after the program;
- Compile feedback data for analysis and contribute to the improvement of future programs;
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and internal workshops to enhance skills and knowledge;
- Seek opportunities to learn from colleagues and gain insights into various aspects of the field.
