Product Owner – Core Insurance System

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the migration of business and operational processes from our legacy core system to a new, optimized platform. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills to ensure every process change is aligned with all involved departments and a proven track record in managing large-scale implementations and inter-team collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of business and operational processes from the legacy core insurance system to the new platform, with a focus on automation and optimization.
• Collaborate with various departments and teams to gather requirements, define the roadmap, and ensure smooth integration of new processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and product teams, ensuring all process changes are effectively communicated and approved.
• Oversee the development process, ensuring that process and product metrics are established, monitored, and optimized.
• Manage and mentor a development team while ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate with other product teams to ensure successful cross-functional collaboration and integration.
