We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communication Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing communication efforts, and enhancing our brand presence across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for connecting with our target audience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives;
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Content Creation and Management;
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases;
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials;
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising;
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using data to optimize future campaigns;
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials;
  • Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and event planning;
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns and projects;
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
