Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to ensure the accurate and efficient execution of customer orders from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational flow, resolving logistics issues, and supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain process.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, review, and process customer orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy in all order-related information.
• Verify and manage documentation to facilitate smooth and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and update the status of shipments, providing regular and proactive communication regarding delivery schedules.
• Identify, address, and resolve any issues related to shipment delays, product damages, or other logistics-related disruptions.
• Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, warehouse, sales, etc.) to implement corrective actions and ensure long-term solutions.
• Continuously seek and evaluate opportunities for improving efficiency and reducing costs within logistics operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry and maintenance of data in the company’s internal systems.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in logistics and operations management.
