Lead QC Inspector (Machining division)

• Visual and dimensional inspection of machined parts, measuring product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
• Ability to use measuring tools like go no go gauges, micrometers, calipers etc.
• Use of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
• Hardness test inspection after heat treatment process
• Providing detailed dimensional incoming inspection 
• Monitoring of production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications.
• Ensuring products meet Customer requirements within acceptance criteria.
• Reading and deep understanding of drawings, blueprints of mechanical parts.
• Communication the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions.
• Writing reports and documenting deficiencies and errors of products, rejection of products and materials that fail to meet specified requirements.
• Raising NCR and completing NCR and Corrective Action Request.
• Documenting inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports.
• Performing regular quality control assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
• Resolving quality-related issues in a timely manner, recommending improvements to the production process to ensure quality control of product.
• Compliance with Company HSE requirements
