Knowledge of MS Office and basic project planning software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).

Basic understanding of construction drawings and BOQs.
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred:

Prior experience (internship or full-time) on hotel or large-scale building construction projects.

Job Title:

Junior Technical Office Engineer

Job Summary:

The Junior Technical Office Engineer assists in tracking project progress, supporting scheduling, monitoring subcontractor work, and ensuring documentation is updated for ongoing construction activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates or engineers with up to 2 years of experience, particularly in building or hotel construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in reporting and monitoring project and subcontractor progress and productivity.
Support the preparation and updating of baseline schedules for design, procurement, and construction activities.
Participate in the preparation of delay analysis under supervision, when necessary.
Help track subcontractor progress payments and documentation.
Monitor project expenses and contribute suggestions for cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain organized technical documentation and project records.
Coordinate with site engineers and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
