Technical Support

• Provide first-level technical assistance to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

System Maintenance

• Perform routine system maintenance, including software updates, hardware upgrades, and performance optimization, to ensure reliable and secure operations.

Network Management

• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot network components such as LANs, WANs, routers, switches, and firewalls to maintain stable and secure connectivity.Skills in working with Cisco and Palo Alto equipment

Server Administration

• Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers, ensuring proper installation, configuration, performance monitoring, patch management, and data backups. Experience in maintaining Windows Servers, VMWare ESXi virtualization, and working with Azure, Microsoft 365, and Veeam Data Backup & Replication.

User Management

• Administer user accounts and access controls across various systems and applications, ensuring compliance with security policies and access protocols.

Training and Education

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff to promote effective use of IT systems and tools, enhancing organizational productivity and technical competence
