Information Security Specialist / Lead Specialist

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related fields;
At least 3 years of experience in information security;
Experience with security measures and protocols (firewall, VPN, DLP, SIEM, WAF, MDM, PAM, etc.);
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and cyber-attacks;
Ability to develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and regulations;
Familiarity with international security standards and frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.);
Experience working with Linux operating systems;
Proficiency in Russian (both written and spoken) is required;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work as part of a team and independently make decisions.

Ensure the bank's information security;
Regularly check and evaluate networks and systems to identify security vulnerabilities;
Manage information security tools (DLP, SIEM, PAM systems, etc.) and enhance security measures;
Take appropriate actions, conduct investigations, and ensure resolution in the event of any security incident or breach;
Apply appropriate technologies for data encryption and protection;
Ensure the updating and monitoring of security systems;
Implement technical measures to protect the company’s networks and systems from cyber-attacks and malware;
Prepare and present documents and reports related to information security.
