Namizədə tələblər

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR Management, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in internal communications, HR, or employee engagement roles.
  • Languages: Fluency in Azerbaijani , Russian, and English — both written and spoken(MANDATORY).

 

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
  • Ability to interpret HR metrics, survey results, and engagement indicators.
  • Experience in performance management will be considered an advantage.

 

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent writing and storytelling ability across three languages.
  • Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills.
  • Creativity, initiative, and a positive attitude.
  • Event planning and project management capability.

 

Personal Attributes:

We are looking for an HR Internal Communication Specialist who will be responsible for strengthening communication within the company, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information flow across all departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver internal communication campaigns and initiatives aligned with company values and HR strategy.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze data trends, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
  • Develop and manage internal communication channels (emails, newsletters, intranet, digital boards, etc.).
  • Organize corporate and employee engagement events, ensuring high participation and positive feedback.
  • Design and manage employee surveys (engagement, satisfaction, pulse, etc.) and report insights.
  • Track engagement and communication metrics to measure impact and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with all HR and other relevant divisions to ensure unified, engaging, and timely communication.

 

Working conditions:

  • In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
  • Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week from 10:00 till 19:00).
  • The company daily provides free service transportations from Koroglu m/s
