We are looking for an HR Internal Communication Specialist who will be responsible for strengthening communication within the company, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information flow across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver internal communication campaigns and initiatives aligned with company values and HR strategy.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data trends, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
- Develop and manage internal communication channels (emails, newsletters, intranet, digital boards, etc.).
- Organize corporate and employee engagement events, ensuring high participation and positive feedback.
- Design and manage employee surveys (engagement, satisfaction, pulse, etc.) and report insights.
- Track engagement and communication metrics to measure impact and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with all HR and other relevant divisions to ensure unified, engaging, and timely communication.
Working conditions:
- In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building.
- Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week from 10:00 till 19:00).
- The company daily provides free service transportations from Koroglu m/s
