Our Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics;
  • Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn about HR processes and practices.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and employee engagement. You will play an integral part in supporting the HR department and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Support the coordination of the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth operational transition for new employees.
  • Help maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of employee training sessions and development programs, ensuring smooth operations and continuous development.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team by preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations related to HR operations.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events, contributing to a positive workplace culture and operational success.
  • Help ensure HR practices and operational processes align with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, focusing on improving operational efficiencies within HR processes.
  • Quickly adapt to changes in HR operations, company policies, and team priorities, contributing positively to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
