- WITSML and Real-time Experience.
- Drilling/Rig Automation knowledge.
- Certifications: BOSIET/ offshore survival certification is advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (B2 or higher level).

Job Description:
The Field Deployment Lead is responsible for the successful implementation, adoption, service delivery, and operational support of Drilling Operations projects. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that Drilling Operations hardware and software are properly set up and configured for optimal performance and efficiency. Additionally, the Drilling Operations Field Deployment Lead will provide training to drillers and WSL on how to use Drilling Operations and provide drilling performance analysis to maximize the value of Drilling Operations to the customer.
Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well both independently and in a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Setup and configure Drilling Operations hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Provide onsite and/or remote service delivery and operations support for Drilling Operations projects.
- Train drillers and WSL on how to use Drilling Operations to improve drilling efficiency and safety.
- Analyze drilling performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide technical and drilling expertise to maximize the value of Drilling Operations to the customer.
- Capture software enhancement ideas and communicate them to the digital drilling organization.
