Bachelor's degree in relevant sphere
2+ years of experience in Data Analytics sphere
Advanced skills in BI tools for creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations (Power BI/Tableau/Grafana).
Proficient knowledge in SQL/Python
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in complex formulas, pivot tables, dynamic dashboards and data analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of data structures, data cleansing, data validation, data manipulation and software architecture
Exceptional critical thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
Good command of English

Preferred Skills:

Detect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within complex datasets
Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across various sources
Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
Develop data reports, dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments
Translating business questions into analytical tasks and delivering actionable insights
Designing, developing and integrating self-service and analytical BI interfaces
Monitoring the usage and performance of self-service BI tools
Engage with managers from various departments to specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processes
