Compliance Officer

• Adhere to applicable local and international regulations, including those related to anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, corruption, and sanctions compliance
• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and implement corrective measures as necessary.
• Perform due diligence on business partners, vendors, and third-party entities to ensure compliance with local and international best practices.
• Develop and align company policies with global regulatory compliance standards, international financial integrity guidelines.
• Act as the primary compliance liaison with the head office, ensuring consistent practices and standards across entities.
• Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees to foster a culture of integrity and awareness.
• Provide clear guidance and advice to management and staff on compliance-related matters.
• Establish robust monitoring mechanisms to track compliance performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for senior management and the head office.
