Branding Delivery Manager

• The Branding Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, production, installation, and dismantling of all branding elements for the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix. This role ensures all branding meets Formula 1 global guidelines, satisfies stakeholder requirements, and enhances the fan and sponsor experience on-site and via media broadcasts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive branding delivery plan across the venue and surrounding areas.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and workflows from design to dismantling.
• Liaise with Formula 1’s central branding team to ensure brand guideline compliance.
• Coordinate with race promoters, sponsors, suppliers, broadcasters, and local authorities.
• Ensure branding obligations for commercial partners are fulfilled.
• Oversee branding for all venue areas, including trackside signage, grandstands, hospitality, media, and public spaces.
• Ensure quality control across all branding assets—print, digital, and experiential.
• Manage vendor relationships for production and installation.
• Supervise on-site installation and dismantling teams.
• Coordinate branding budget, procurement, and invoicing with finance.
• Prepare post-event branding evaluations and reports.
