Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field
- At least 3 years of HR experience
- Solid knowledge of payroll and HR administration
- Strong command of the Azerbaijani Labor Code and related regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong command of spoken and written Azeri and English
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office
- Strong communication and team working skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
Job information
- Carrying out operations in the EMAS and ISB portals
- Recruitment, termination, transfer, promotion of employees in accordance with the Labor Code; preparation of employee files; monitoring electronic employment contract approvals
- Maintain and update HR documentation, contracts, and policies in line with Azerbaijani regulations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Supporting office administration process
- Preparation and registration of reference letters, HR-related correspondence, etc.
- Preparing HR and other office administration tasks
