Foreign Procurement Specialist

Candidate requirements

Higher education (Economics, Management, International Trade, or related fields);
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in foreign procurement, import, or international supply;
Solid knowledge of international trade, customs procedures, and logistics;
Excellent command of English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with ERP systems is desirable;
Strong analytical skills, negotiation ability, and problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct procurement of goods and services from foreign markets in line with the company’s operational needs;
Negotiate with international suppliers to secure favorable commercial terms;
Organize import and export operations, oversee customs clearance and logistics processes;
Conduct market research to identify new international suppliers and evaluate competitive offers;
Ensure proper preparation and circulation of contracts and other procurement-related documentation;
Prepare periodic procurement reports and present them to management.
