RNK Insurance Services INC, a U.S.-based insurance company, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team!

We are seeking a motivated, responsible, and communicative individual to provide high-quality support to our U.S. clients during their business hours.

Working Hours:

Night shift only (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, aligned with U.S. time zones)
Full-time position

Salary & Benefits:

1100–1400 AZN NET (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide clear and accurate information about insurance services, policies, and procedures
Assist with billing issues, claims, account updates, and document requests
Document all client interactions thoroughly in the system
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Maintain a calm, courteous, and service-oriented tone, even in challenging situations
Collaborate with other departments such as claims, billing, and underwriting
Adhere to internal processes and uphold service quality standards
