Venture Associate

• Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the program;
• Creating and managing short-term and long-term goals;
• Scouting and headhunting from Incubation to the Acceleration program;
• Developing an evaluation method to assess the program’s strengths and identify areas for improvement;
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved;
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle;
• Administration and implementation of program strategies adapt processes and procedures;
• Supporting the management of the program;
• Administrative support to the program;
• Monitoring program results to ensure that objectives are being met;
• Coaching the startups and moderating meetings that startups have;
• Analyzing, tracking, and monitoring the progress of startups;
• Preparation of canvas for new programs;
• Coordinating the recruitment process for the programs;
• The assistance of the program curriculum.
