- A portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects (branding, digital, websites, promotional products, presentations).
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of Figma and After Effects is a significant advantage.
- Experience with both print and digital media.
- Proficiency with techniques, tools, and technologies necessary for outstanding design work.
- Initiative and creativity.
- A bachelor's degree or higher education.
- Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce work within deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- A team player with enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani is a must; English and Russian are an advantage.

- Generating creative ideas and conceptualizing design solutions based on briefs, project objectives, and target audience preferences.
- Designing graphics for digital platforms such as websites, social media, mobile apps, and multimedia presentations, considering factors like user experience, responsiveness, and interactivity.
- Optimizing images for various media formats and resolutions.
- Staying updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies in the industry to maintain relevance and enhance skill sets.
- Experimenting with new techniques, software, and design trends to push creative boundaries and deliver innovative solutions.
- Generating drafts and mockups of proposed designs and making revisions as requested.
