Position Overview

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the full tender life cycle, including preparation of bid documentation, coordination with internal departments, and managing submissions on e-tender platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor public and private E-Tender platforms (including State E-Procurement portal)
• Review and analyze tender announcements and documents
• Prepare and submit tender bids and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with internal legal, finance, and technical departments
• Maintain tender calendar, documentation tracking, and deadlines
• Review contracts and tender terms for compliance
• Communicate with procurement authorities when needed
• Track tender results and maintain reporting
• Support post‑tender clarifications and documentation control
