İş haqqında məlumat
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage changes, and communicate with candidates and hiring teams.
- Greet and assist candidates during interviews, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare and send offer letters, manage approvals, and follow up on offer acceptances.
- Arrange technical access, coordinate with IT and facilities, and assist with new hire onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and support recruitment-related administrative tasks.
- Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, providing timely updates, and ensuring smooth coordination.
Conditions:
- Work time: 09:00-18:00, 7/5.
