İş haqqında məlumat
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage changes, and communicate with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Greet and assist candidates during interviews, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Prepare and send offer letters, manage approvals, and follow up on offer acceptances.
  • Arrange technical access, coordinate with IT and facilities, and assist with new hire onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and support recruitment-related administrative tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, providing timely updates and ensuring smooth coordination.
