Senior Reporting Specialist

Required job duties are to:

Control

• Provide guidance and support to team members in their respective roles
• Lead, coach, motivate and evaluate own staff

Period End Closing

Record the following transactions and ensure the balance is valid at each month end:

• Customer Invoice
• Payroll journal entry
• Employee loan
• Other Current Assets
• Perform aging analysis for AP/AR items and ensure the balance is valid at each month end
• Communicate with Chief Accountant to ensure that the Tax figures are valid at month end
• Ensure the cash register balance is valid at month end
• Verify all the other balances have been correctly registered by a Bookkeeper

Management Reporting:

• Perform variance analysis for P&L and BS and provide explanations
• Perform budget vs actual analysis
• Create short/long term cash forecast schedules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for reporting purposes

Others:

• Assist Financial Control in preparation of annual budgets
