  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the HVAC or related industries.
  • Experience or education in HVAC (engineering, energy, mechanical, or related fields) is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze markets, understand customer needs, and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (knowledge of all three languages is an advantage).
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.

Position Overview:
Systemair Azerbaijan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This role is critical in expanding our product presence in the market and enhancing our customer portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Systemair products and solutions.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers.
  • Expand the customer base by exploring new sales opportunities and contributing to business growth.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including customer relationship management and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis, understand customer requirements, and create targeted sales strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance to meet sales targets.
  • Strengthen customer and partner relationships, ensuring Systemair’s brand is well-represented.
