We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to expand our presence in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sector. You will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new HoReCa clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
• Management of sales team
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
• Conducting market research, supervising and monitoring the work of supervisors and the sales team

Working Conditions:

• In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building
• Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week)
• Salary 3000 azn net + monthly bonuses
