Safety Department Specialist (On-Site Only)

We are seeking a Safety Department Specialist to join our team at the office. This is a full-time, on-site position with evening shift hours – perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and committed to safety.

Position: Safety Department Specialist

Location: On-site only (no remote work)

Work Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee driver onboarding, orientation, and compliance
• Monitor and enforce DOT/FMCSA safety regulations
• Handle accident reports, violations, and inspections
• Organize and track safety trainings and certifications
• Maintain safety records and prepare reports
• Coordinate directly with drivers, dispatchers, and management
