Position: Reporting and Budgeting Specialist
Company: Mars Overseas Baku LTD MMC
Work location: Baku, Yasamal district

Major responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly and annual Financial Statements
• Carrying out analytical analysis of financial statements monthly
• Participate in the external audit process and provision of information to external auditors
• Assist in monitoring and analysis of annual budget execution
• Comparative analysis of budget reports and reporting of significant changes at the end of each reporting period
• Contribute to the execution and delivery of any activities as and when required to ensure the continuity of work in the absence of other colleagues
• Assist the Senior Budgeting and Reporting specialist with all accounting matters as requested
• Provide accounting adjustments following IFRSs based on monthly and annual financial results

Other skills :

• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (minimum ACCA Papers: F2, F3, and F7)
• Excellent business judgment, analytical and decision-making skills
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
• Strong self-discipline and deadline culture
