Position: Reporting and Budgeting Specialist
Company: Mars Overseas Baku LTD MMC
Work location: Baku, Yasamal district
Major responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly and annual Financial Statements
- Carrying out analytical analysis of financial statements monthly
- Participate in the external audit process and provision of information to external auditors
- Assist in monitoring and analysis of annual budget execution
- Comparative analysis of budget reports and reporting of significant changes at the end of each reporting period
- Contribute to the execution and delivery of any activities as and when required to ensure the continuity of work in the absence of other colleagues
- Assist the Senior Budgeting and Reporting specialist with all accounting matters as requested
- Provide accounting adjustments following IFRSs based on monthly and annual financial results
Other skills :
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (minimum ACCA Papers: F2, F3, and F7)
- Excellent business judgment, analytical and decision-making skills
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Strong self-discipline and deadline culture
