Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to oversee and coordinate the commercial and operational activities of retail stores within an assigned region. This role is key to ensuring that sales targets are achieved, brand standards are upheld, and operational excellence is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, motivate teams, and recommend corrective actions
• Achieve sales and commercial targets for the assigned region
• Monitor sales results, analyze KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Store Managers and their teams
• Set development goals, evaluate staff performance, and implement improvement plans
• Prepare reports, present data to management, and propose actionable solutions
