- Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

- Proficiency in English (fluent), good knowledge of Russian;

- Conducting analysis of current vacancies, preparing and posting job announcements;
- Identifying and researching potential candidates through various channels;
- Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, assessing candidates' skills, and providing recommendations based on suitability;
- Conducting interviews at different stages of the recruitment process (phone interviews, video interviews, and in-person meetings);
- Utilizing tools and tests, if necessary, to evaluate candidates' skills;
- Supporting communication between the candidate and the respective department until the candidate is confirmed for the position;
- Presenting job offers to approved candidates;
- Conducting orientation sessions;
- Performing other tasks assigned by management.
