Key details about the role and the candidate
This role is part of the Administration Team and reports to the Administration Manager. The Receptionist will be the primary point of contact for the company, welcoming visitors, handling calls, and supporting general office administration.
You and the role
We are looking for an organized, personable, and reliable individual. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanour, and experience in reception or customer service roles. Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English is required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working
in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Primary responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for the company, greeting visitors and answering calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Provide safety briefings and manage visitor registrations, ensuring an accurate log of all visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including rig mail bags and special deliveries.
- Maintain the company’s CV database and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Support emergency response procedures, including calling emergency services as required.
- Prepare and distribute the On-Call list and process company email queries.
- Manage office supplies and handle service requests for equipment like photocopiers and fax machines.
