- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and quality management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification or membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is a plus.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed

- Examination of Tender Documents;
- Preparation of Pricing Schedule with quantities;
- Determination of necessary machines and equipment;
- Calculation of materials (with consumption);
- Getting quotation of necessary materials;
- Responsible for maintaining confidential information and company secrets;
- Responsible for the implementation of duties , the timely and efficient implementation of orders and decrees by the Project Manager and Executive Director that is defined by this "job description";
- Responsible for submitted to him inventory in accordance with handover act and material responsibility contract;
- To follow the labor discipline and internal disciplinary rules;
- Responsible for following the labor protection, safety, sanitation and fire protection norms and rules and other job functions provided by this description.
