Education: Construction Management, or a related field.
Gender: Male
Work experience: 4 years’ experience in related position
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quality Surveyor in the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and quality management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Certification or membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is a plus.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Examination of Tender Documents;
Preparation of Pricing Schedule with quantities;
Determination of necessary machines and equipment;
Calculation of materials (with consumption);
Getting quotation of necessary materials;
Responsible for maintaining confidential information and company secrets;
Responsible for the implementation of duties , the timely and efficient implementation of orders and decrees by the Project Manager and Executive Director that is defined by this "job description";
Responsible for submitted to him inventory in accordance with handover act and material responsibility contract;
To follow the labor discipline and internal disciplinary rules;
Responsible for following the labor protection, safety, sanitation and fire protection norms and rules and other job functions provided by this description.
