Essential experience and job requirements

Min 12 Years of O&G Industry Machine Shop QA/QC experience, API Spec Q1, 7-1, 5CT, 6A and 16A and Premium Connections and Process Knowledge. Supervisory Leadership skill, drawing interpretations, Welding Inspection (CSWIP 3.1), ASNT Level 2 in MPI & LPI. Sound knowledge in DS1, NS1 & NS2 standards. Knowledge in Hard banding applications (Technogenia, ARNCO, Quick Tip), Lead Auditor - ISO 9001

Educational Qualifications and Technical Certifications

Mechanical Engineering in academic; Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001; ASNT Level 2 in MPI, LPI, UT & RT; CSWIP 3.1

Competencies:

Inspection of API / Premium connection , Inspection of BHA and well head equipments , Calibration of measuring equipments ,Convergent with receiving ,in-process and final inspection , converse with internal/external applicable standards & procedure, welding inspection & certification
