QA / QC Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Assurance Programme to as-sure conformance of the work performed the contract requirements.
• Is responsible for the compilation of the Quality Control Inspection Procedures pertinent to the project as established by the contract drawings and specifications, client requirement and the company’s Quality Control Policies and procedures.              
• Is responsible for the or-ganisation and selection of Quality Control Inspectors.
• Shall assist and provide input to project management concerning the welders and fitter’s proficiency qualifications and number of inspection personnel requirements.
• Shall be responsible for and apprrove the Final Acceptance inspection reports.
• Shall monitor, through the QC Inspectors, the Quality System as it applies to site and shall prepare and perform quality audits at regular intervals.
• Shall establish the extent and scope of quality control inspections to be carried out within sub-contractors

Job responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance with the Khazar Engineering Quality Management System and compliance through a structured assurance Programme.
• Supporting measures that ensure predictable delivery and continuous improvement using performance data to make factually based decisions. Engaging and presenting senior management with information and data to enable preventive interventions.
